For the past year and a half, Girl on the Rise has been a space for growth, reflection, and courage.

It was built for women who were ready to outgrow old versions of themselves and step into something stronger.

And I’m so incredibly proud of that and the amazing community this newsletter has built.

But over the last several months, something has become very clear to me:

The heart of this work has never been about gender.

It’s been about clarity and finding the courage to honor yourself and the journey that you’re on.

It’s been about identity - finding who you are.

It’s been about rebuilding direction - following what you truly want in life.

It’s been about helping people who feel stuck, afraid, or going through the messy middle of a life transition find their footing again.

And that mission is bigger. And, as I preach, I owe it to myself to listen to what my intuition is telling me.

So today, Girl on the Rise is evolving into:

On the Rise.

Same heart. Same depth. Same person behind the keyboard. Just an expanded invitation.

On the Rise is for anyone at an identity crossroads - whether you’re redefining yourself after the military, stepping into authenticity, navigating a life shift, or simply realizing you’ve outgrown who you used to be.

This space is where personal stories meet practical tools for growth, clarity, and forward momentum.

It’s where we’ll talk about gaining clarity about who you are, strengthening your mindset, designing what’s next for your life with intention, and so much more!
